This morning, a server program I use couldn't be reached from the internet. Naturally I started checking my Zone Alarm firewall to make sure there was access. Indeed, the program was listed with full access. Hmmm.. So what was it? After a little hunting and pecking, I realized that the new Windows Firewall was blocking access. I hate that there's no message. I should probably just turn it off. Thankfully the XP firewall has the option to exclude particular programs. Works fine now. Crisis averted, nothing to see here.
