Buying Blank CD-R's

Now that you know how to make your own CD's, you just need more of them. Here's my best advice on the subject. Buy cheap. Free if you can get it. Check out the flyers in the Sunday papers. Best Buy, Office Max, CompUSA -- all of them run regular discounted CD specials. What you want are CD-R's, which are the Recordable versions, not the Re-Writable which are CD-RW. Because they're so cheap, there's just no need to bother with the re-writing kind. And believe me, you'll probably be tossing more than a few of your new creations into the trash anyway.
Instead of getting individual disks with their own cases, it's cheaper to just get 50 or 100 disks on a spindle. You should pick up one of those flexible storage wallets to hold all those hundreds of CD. Oh, and you can use it to keep the CD's that came with your computer safe too.
Don't bother with printing labels or buying special label software. A felt tip pen works just fine for writing directly on the front of the CD.
